the rooms is spacious and very clean. the hotel provide total of $150 credits towards food and beverages. the food at the Tavern was ok but the ambience was good.

the exits signs should be lit up. the refreshments on the high limit slots is quite poor. server was only interested in catering to male customers

The front desk staff was helpful with our check-in process. The room upgrade provided a really nice view of the surrounding area (it was excellent). The bathrooms in our room had excellent finishes and fixtures.

Housekeeping was slightly inconsistent on one of the days .

The service was prompt and attentive, particularly at the pool. A manager assisted us in finding suitable spots. They were very proactive when they noticed that we needed assistance. I really appreciated it.

The hotel decor features white and blue hues. It is light and elegant. restaurants offered excellent dining options, i found the fitness center state-of-the-art. the expansive pool area was clean and posh. I would return.

the hotel does not include coffee makers in the rooms, and i found this inconvenient. it was like an oversight for a hotel of this caliber.

missing coffee makerno complimentary water

I was let down because there wasn't a coffee maker in the room. I really like to make my own coffee in the morning (it is just a little thing, but matters to me). the coffee place is far away. housekeeping also did not leave even one complimentary water bottle.
